Oh my gosh, finally my very own blog site!  As a person with varying degrees of commitment issues, the thought of a blogging obligation both repel and attract me.  The repelling part is about committing to something and the attractive piece is well – committing to something.

This blog is about life . . . okay my life, and fulfilling dreams.  One dream is to learn Italian and live in Italy.  Which is where I decided to focus my attention after losing a political campaign nearly two years ago.  Another dream is to improve my writing, hence the blogging effort.  Over the next few weeks I will blog about preparations for my summer in Italy and then about my Italian adventure.  Stay tuned . . .
