Allora oggi . . . two nights into a six night reservation at a “Positano” bed and breakfast we bailed. Incredibile! As my Italian friends would say. You may remember several weeks ago in the Spoiled American post that I lamented about cultural competence and no PayPal for handling room deposits. I should have listened to the first voice in my head that said “what international tourist business doesn’t use PayPal to handle room deposits?” I’ll tell what kind . . . someone who has no idea about customer service.
